Duffy and Partners
Jet Structures was hired on a design-build basis and worked directly with the client to determine the best system to create work spaces that offered both functionality and adaptability to their working environment. The project featured a glass conference room with push-pin fabric wall panels. We also coordinated the disassembly of 15 display cases, relocation, and reassembly in the Client’s new space.
Redevelopment of a 130,000 SF, three story building for office and light industrial spaces. Improvements include: interior demolition, exterior tuckpointing, site work, new passenger elevator, new electrical service and more.
Buildout of a 6,000 SF space involving retail, repair and lessons for musical instruments. Worked closely with the architect and sound consultant for acoustic quality within the seven studios and large recital space as well as mitigating sound transfer outside of the space. This project involved extensive coordination with the landlord and existing tenants to successfully achieve the required sound mitigation.
Ideapark / Stun Puppy
Worked closely with the tenant and design team on the 6,000 SF Buildout of a contemporary open office space at the Fisk Building while maintaining the natural elements of the space including exposed brick, polished concrete floors and exposed ductwork, custom kitchen with 2 large islands.
Maple Grove, MN
Built out a 1,600 SF space for a full service/self-service dog wash with two full service grooming rooms and four self-service wash tubs.
Built out of a 4,000 SF hair salon in the basement of the Fisk Building. Worked closely with the tenant to preserve the natural industrial look of the space while meeting the health code requirements for hair salons. We also worked closely with the architect and landlord to work through zoning issues with the City of Minneapolis.
Wit & Delight / Studio 125
Build out of an initial 2,000 SF space and expansion into an additional 4,000 SF worked closely with the tenant and staff to successfully achieve their design. This project incorporated the use of aluminum framed storefront and four glass overhead doors to achieve unique conference rooms and a workspace with an open feel while maintaining the ability to have privacy. It also included two custom kitchen spaces.
Build out of a 4,000 SF lighting showroom which included extensive coordination for the ceiling hung uni-strut system and the tenant’s move to minimize downtime and business disruption.
Buildout on a 3,500 SF office space for a company providing on and off site wellness solutions.
The White Room
Buildout of a 2,500 SF for a boutique bridal shop. Worked closely with the owners to achieve the modern industrial look incorporating exposed brick, concrete floor, exposed ductwork and glass.
Buildout of a 2,100 SF office space for a global market research company. Worked closely with the tenant to develop an open office concept prototype for their future expansion and remodels.
Heimerl & Lammers
Expansion and refresh of an existing occupied law office. Involved coordination and communication with the tenant to more offices and maintain functionality during the process.
Project involved demolishing an existing home on the property and constructing a 4,500 SF custom home using Thermomass foundation and structurally insulated panel construction to achieve an extremely energy efficient and Greenstar certified project. Worked closely with the owner and architect from the initial design concept through completion.
Anoka Hennepin Vehicle Storage Facility
Coon Rapids, MN
Ground up, brand new, state of the art, 20,000 SF vehicle maintenance facility for the Anoka-Hennepin School District. The project included extensive site clearing and grading, all new site utilities, precast wall panel construction and 16 vehicle service overhead doors for their use in maintaining the school district. We completed this project in 3 months.
Steven Scott Property Management
St. Louis Park, MN
New build of a 10,000 SF corporate headquarters with an open floor plan with shared work spaces. The modern design and contemporary décor reflect the personality of the partnership.
The Endurance Apartments
New build of a 26,000 SF, four-story, wood framed structure consisting of 33 units with surface parking in rear lot and custom cedar-planked ceilings. Finished with decorative concrete floor sealed and polished.
The Curtis Apartments
St. Louis Park, MN
New 21,000 SF multi-family, wood framed structure consisting of 13 units above 7,000 SF of slab on grade parking.
Strawberry Hill Condos
New construction of 86-unit condominium community spread throughout three buildings. The structures consisted of one floor of underground parking, wood framing with masonry and brick exterior.
City of Apple Valley Maintenance Facility
Apple Valley, MN
New construction of a 13,000 SF, all masonry structure with steel bar joists and decking.
The Rem-Con Building
Coon Rapids, MN
Ground up construction of 32,000 SF structure to be used as office and warehouse space. Warehouse was finished with insulation and drywall and all docks were enclosed. Building was finished with glass canopies over the entrances. Exterior was finished with brick and decorative block.
USPS Vehicle Maintenance Facility
St. Paul, MN
New construction of a state of the art vehicle facility. The 20,000 SF building was all masonry exterior with steel joists and decking.
Normandale Business Center
Ground up building of a 120,000 SF facility used for offices and warehouse space. Exterior was finished with brick and the structure consisted of steel joists and decking.
Nine Mile Creek Watershed District Office
Eden Prairie, MN
Renovation and rebuilt from head to toe; preserving historical items and reusing materials. Work included removing the garage and adding a new meeting facility. Built a cistern and runnel wall system. Inside, all the mechanical – plumbing, heating and electrical – were all replaced with brand new systems.
JCPenney (Southdale Mall)
256,000 SF renovation of entire store. 10-month schedule and completed in 7 months. Store remained open during construction.
JC Penney (Faribault Shopping Center)
10,000 SF masonry structure with steel bar joist and metal decking. Addition consisted of 8,000 SF of retail shopping area and 2,000 SF of shipping and receiving area.
65,000 SF ground up of retail floor space. All masonry structure steel bar joist and metal decking. Grade level parking. Construction completed 30 days early ready for merchandise to be place in display cases and soft goods to be placed on display fixtures.
26,000 SF facilities. Ground up precast tilt ups. 8,000 SF of repair area, 2,000 SF office space and 16,000 SF of showroom/merchandise area. Main floor has concrete stain that looks like wood planking. The showroom area has a 23’ high ceiling with large memorabilia on the walls.
Ferguson Plumbing Showrooms
Las Vegas, NV
Build out of 30,000 SF Kohler Showroom for plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets and countertops. Scope of work included installation of display fixtures, freestanding displays, working bathtub displays and product merchandising.
Renovation of existing Kohler Showroom of 25,000 SF showroom for plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets and countertops. Scope of work included installation of display fixtures, freestanding displays, working bathtub displays and product merchandising.
27,000 SF renovations at 23 locations to the interior and exterior. New entries/storefront, signage, lighting, flooring, paint and display fixtures ready for merchandise. All locations remained open during construction.
Desert Market Super Market
90,000 SF ground up grocery store. All masonry structure steel bar joist and decking. All site work, landscaping, ground level parking, fixture and display installation, cash wraps and signage. This project ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
